I have quite a few blackheads and whiteheads on my back right now, because it is so hard to remove them when it is hard to see them and reach them. Going to a dermatologist is very expensive, so I really cannot afford that. Every article seems to do with taking care of the face, but nothing on cleaning up the back. Any recommendations on what I can do? I am so sick and tired of the physical pain, as well as the lack of confidence I feel if I ever have to take my shirt off in public, which is never.
